Cannabinoids in the Treatment of Neurological Disorders, Focusing on Seizures and Epilepsy
My laboratory is investigating the uses of diverse natural cannabinoids and synthetic analogs as treatments for diseases of the brain and nervous system. We have a special interest in identifying agents that are safe and effective for the treatment of seizures and various forms of epilepsy, and advancing promising agents to benefit patients.
