Heiner Lieth

Heiner Lieth is professor of Environmental Horticulture focusing on nurseries, greenhouses and indoor plant production. He is also Cooperative Extension specialist serving commercial growers and advisors with relevant information.  His research includes the ecophysiology of cultivated crops especially related to growth and development in relation to irrigation, fertilization, CO2 and light management. One facet of his research is on development of crop models that quantity these relationships and make it possible to develop decisions support tools for growers.
